Driven by a deep desire to empower girls and break down barriers, Hon. Sylvia Namabidde founded St. Elizabeth Girls’ School to provide a safe haven where girls could blossom and reach their full potential

The gates of St.Elizabeth Girls School opened for the 1st batch of girls in February 2010.All together we enrolled 57 girls by the beginning of 1st term 2010. 11 in their 2nd year of high school and 48 in the 1st year.

Currently, stegs is a highly thought of girl’s High School providing affordable but quality education for girls from all economic and social backgrounds. We put emphasis on Sciences, ICT and marketable Vocational Skills. The School is set in a conducive lush green environment in a Peri Urban setting very conducive for learning”
